Job description
- There are various Business as well as Digital transformation initiatives within Schneider Digital for making it agile as well as best in class. This role s pivotal responsibility would be to interface with Business to collaboratively identify and prioritize the Digital Transformation roadmap for Business Units in the Greater India zone
Brief Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the business and Enterprise IT, translating business requirements into IT / Digital requirements.
- Develop and implement Digital / IT strategies that align with business goals and objectives
- Ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT services, including monitoring and improving IT processes and managing vendors.
- Lead a team of business analysts, helping them develop domain and digital transformation expertise
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and leverage this knowledge to improve business outcomes.
Candidate Preferences
- 10+ years of overall experience
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills
- Tier 1 / Tier 2 MBA graduates with a consulting background preferred
- Exposure to R&D Digital Enablement / Transformation preferable
- Strong communication skills : Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, translate business requirements into IT initiatives, and communicate IT plans and strategies effectively
- Business acumen : Strong understanding of business operations, goals, and objectives to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business needs and provide value to the business
- Project management skills: Ability to manage IT budgets, resources, timelines, and vendors to deliver IT projects and initiatives successfully
- Technical knowledge : Good understanding of IT systems, software, and infrastructure to communicate effectively with IT teams and make informed decisions about IT initiatives
- Continuous learning mindset: Desire to stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify opportunities to improve business outcomes and drive innovation.
