Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HR functions at the site, ensuring alignment with Adani's overall HR policies and business strategies. –
- Develop and implement strategic workforce planning to meet the site's manpower requirements, ensuring optimal deployment and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment that reflects Adani's core values of care, sustainability, and empowerment.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and maintain top-tier talent for various operational and leadership roles.
- Establish strong relationships with site leadership and various business units to provide HR guidance and support in operational decision-making.
- Champion performance management processes by setting clear objectives, facilitating continuous feedback, and ensuring fair and transparent appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industrial relations standards applicable to the power/energy sector and Jharkhand state policies.
- Manage employee relations proactively, addressing grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution to maintain workplace harmony.
- Lead the design and delivery of learning and development programs tailored to enhance technical and leadership capabilities across the site workforce.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration in accordance with company policies and market benchmarks. –
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace culture that embraces differences and promotes equal opportunity.
- Collaborate with corporate HR teams for policy rollout, audits, and HR systems implementation.
- Lead change management initiatives related to organizational restructuring, technology adoption, or process improvement, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in. - Monitor HR analytics and prepare periodic reports on workforce metrics, turnover, engagement levels, and compliance status for senior management review.
- Act as a role model for ethical conduct and ensure confidentiality and integrity in all HR dealings.
Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - MBA/PGDM with specialization in HR is preferred.
