We're Hiring: GM Accounts & Finance
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3+ years
Education: CA or CFA

What You'll Do
Manage financials of all entities (TAPL, TA, TA LLC, TASG) ensuring fair, transparent reporting.
Conduct monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Develop 3–5 year financial plans with agility to adapt to market shifts.
Provide strategic financial insights to Management & ELT for business strategy.
Ensure timely compliance, including international taxation, in collaboration with consultants.
Prepare financial statements as per regulatory frameworks & standards.
Manage cash flow, treasury, and foreign currency hedging proactively.
Oversee AP, AR, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, and core accounting functions.
Implement and adapt risk management frameworks.
Drive commercial decision-making with tender, margin & pricing analysis.
Track budgets, billing, collections, and tax records with accuracy.
Must-Have Skills
CA or CFA with 3+ years of experience in finance/accounting leadership.
Strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and taxation (domestic & international).
Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting & treasury management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Good to Have
Exposure to international compliance (Dubai, Singapore).
Experience in audit prep and closure documentation.
Comfort with collaborative tools (e.g., Keka HR, Google Workspace, Basecamp).
