Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Research and generate lists of potential customers.
  • Create and contribute to customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature.
  • Assist in developing client relationships and maintaining existing accounts.
  • Support the evaluation of new sponsorship opportunities.
  • Learn and apply effective sales techniques.
  • Maintain accurate sales records.
  • Conduct product demos on a regular basis.

Customer Support

  • Provide support to clients during the onboarding process.
  • Make regular calls to existing clients to proactively address their needs and offer assistance.
  • Respond to client inquiries related to transaction processing by coordinating internally with relevant departments and following up with clients to provide resolutions.
  • Maintain systematic documentation of customer interactions, turnaround times, complaint resolutions, and other key service metrics.

Skills/Competency Requirements

  • Strong understanding of sales management and the sales process.
  • Excellent listening and conflict resolution skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-friendly approach.
  • Ability to effectively negotiate deals.
  • Working knowledge of trade finance products.
