Roles and Responsibilities
- Research and generate lists of potential customers.
- Create and contribute to customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature.
- Assist in developing client relationships and maintaining existing accounts.
- Support the evaluation of new sponsorship opportunities.
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate sales records.
- Conduct product demos on a regular basis.
Customer Support
- Provide support to clients during the onboarding process.
- Make regular calls to existing clients to proactively address their needs and offer assistance.
- Respond to client inquiries related to transaction processing by coordinating internally with relevant departments and following up with clients to provide resolutions.
- Maintain systematic documentation of customer interactions, turnaround times, complaint resolutions, and other key service metrics.

- Strong understanding of sales management and the sales process.
- Excellent listening and conflict resolution skills.
