Position Overview
A critical offering in our service portfolio is Quantanite IQ (QiQ)—our decision intelligence / agentic intelligence layer that turns operational interactions into signals, insights, and recommended actions, helping organisations fix root causes and improve operations continuously. QiQ is embedded inside our Human + AI services to drive outcomes;
The Product Marketing Lead will own narrative, positioning, packaging, and sales enablement across QiQ and Quantanite's AI‑led services portfolio.
This is a pivotal role at the intersection of product, sales, and delivery. Your job is to turn what we do—an embedded, outcome‑led combination of decision intelligence (QiQ) and expert execution—into a coherent commercial system that helps us create pipelines and win deals. You will define how we describe Quantanite IQ (QiQ) in the market including what it is, why it matters, and how it fits in our offer.
Key Responsibilities
Core Functional Responsibilities
You will build and run the product marketing system for QiQ and AI‑led services. Core responsibilities include:
- Narrative, positioning, and messaging (QiQ + AI portfolio): Create and maintain clear positioning that translates technical capability into differentiated business value. Establish language that is consistent across marketing, sales, solutions, and delivery—so the market hears one story, not five.
- ICP and persona value stories: Define and refine ICPs across verticals and deal types. Build persona‑specific messaging rooted in real buyer priorities.
- Sales enablement architecture: Own enablement strategy and execution: the core deck, one‑pagers, battlecards, talk tracks, FAQs, discovery prompts, objection handling, and proof‑point libraries. Train and equip the field so these assets are used—and used correctly.
- GTM and launch coordination: Plan and drive launches and GTM moments for QiQ enhancements and AI‑led service offerings—working cross‑functionally with Product/AI, Sales, Solutions, Delivery, and Marketing.
- Competitive intelligence and market framing: Build and maintain competitive and category narratives: what alternatives exist, how buyers compare options, where we win, and how we defend.
- Proof capture and story systems: Build a repeatable workflow to capture case studies, testimonials, and operational proof points. Translate delivery outcomes into credible external stories and internally usable claims. Maintain a structured, accessible asset library and track usage/adoption.
Qualifications
Essential:
- 3–4 years of B2B product marketing experience (SaaS and/or productised B2B services).
- Demonstrable portfolio of product marketing work (e.g., decks, messaging frameworks, campaigns, enablement assets).
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities (including AI/agentic systems) into clear commercial value propositions.
- Experience building and executing sales enablement systems that are actively adopted by sales teams.
- Strong B2B storytelling and asset development capability (presentations, one-pagers, narratives, competitive positioning, proof points).
- Ability to operate across both strategy and execution with high output and strong commercial judgement.
- Excellent collaboration skills with Sales, Solutions, and Delivery teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in AI, CX, BPO, or operations-led environments.
- Exposure to fast-paced, high-growth or startup environments.
- Experience working with cross-regional or global teams.
