Responsible for driving market research, competition benchmarking, product development, and sales strategy support for upcoming project launches. The role involves providing critical inputs for product positioning, pricing, and land acquisition from a sales and marketing perspective.
Job Location: Powai
Working Days: 5 days a week
CTC: 13-18 Lacs max
MBA with about 4-6 years experience in Market Research & Product Development into Real Estate (Must)

· Competitor Analysis and Competitive Benchmarking
· Understanding Customer Preferences and Behaviour
