We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive our global growth agenda and lead business development, government sales and partnerships, and brand strategy across international markets.
Location: Delhi HQ, India (Global Role)

About the Role
As the Global Head – Government Business Development & Marketing, you will be the central force behind B2G Revenue growth, market expansion, and global brand positioning. You will lead large, distributed teams and spearhead business acquisition across government contracts/projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute global business development strategy
- Lead acquisition of government contracts
- Drive end-to-end bidding, tendering, and commercial excellence
- Build strategic partnerships, alliances, and consortia
- Lead global marketing, brand positioning, and thought leadership
- Develop market intelligence and identify new growth opportunities
- Own revenue growth, pipeline management, and conversion metrics
- Build and lead a high-performing global BD & marketing team (50+ members)
Ideal Candidate
- 15+ years of experience in global business development & government sales, B2G
- Proven success in winning large-scale government contracts
- Strong experience managing global BD and marketing functions
- Exposure to regulated industries / public sector environments
Leadership Traits
- Strategic thinker with strong execution focus
- Excellent government and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation ability
- Experience operating in complex, global environments
Education
- Bachelor's degree (MBA / Postgraduate preferred)
