Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Country Manager – Voice Chat App, based in Jaipur. The Global Country Manager will lead day-to-day operations, oversee team management, and drive engagement strategies for Tuk Tuk Voice Chat in their region. Responsibilities include analyzing local market trends, managing performance metrics, ensuring exceptional customer service, optimizing VoIP communications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to grow the platform. The role also involves implementing best practices, driving user engagement strategies, and promoting community growth and safety.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Analytical Skills to interpret data and guide decision-making processes.
  • Experience in Team Management, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage team performance.
  • Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a high-quality user experience and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Knowledge of Voice over IP (VoIP) and Telephony systems in the context of communication platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment.
  • Proven ability to execute strategies for user engagement and community growth.
  • Relevant experience in app-based platforms, telecommunications, or a related industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
