Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Jaipur. The Telesales Specialist will handle daily customer interactions, including responding to inquiries, providing support, and recommending suitable energy solutions. This role will involve executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include regularly updating customer records and participating in sales training initiatives to enhance skills and performance.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in Sales and the ability to meet sales targets
Proficiency in conducting customer training and educating clients about products or services
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excellent problem-solving skills
Proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
Relevant experience in the energy sector is a plus
