Roles & Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the GP to ensure efficient office operations
Providing administrative support to Managers
Preparing and managing correspondence, documents, reports and presentations
Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering
Coordinating travel arrangements with Admin
Preparing Business Presentations
Planning and executing team building events and project celebrations
Coordinating tokens of appreciation like project gifts and department souvenirs
Coordinating key training schedules
Collaborating with all organizational and administrative teams of the company to plan and execute visits by international colleagues
Work closely with other administrative staff and support other colleagues as needed
Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
Managing digital filing systems

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree (Preferably Commerce)
Minimum 2 years in a similar role of administrative experience
