Job Summary:

As part of our mission to prepare students for international careers, we are seeking a passionate and experienced German Language Trainer to help learners achieve proficiency up to the B1 level.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct engaging and interactive German language training sessions for batches of students.

2. Design lesson plans and course content aligned with the Goethe-Institut curriculum up to B1 level.

3. Regularly assess student progress through tests, assignments, and activities.

4. Provide individual feedback and additional support to help students overcome learning challenges.

5. Foster a motivating and inclusive learning environment.

6. Prepare students for Goethe-Institut exams (specifically up to B1 level).

7. Maintain student performance records and share progress reports as required.

Key Requirements:

1. C1 Level Certification in German Language from Goethe-Institut (mandatory).

2. Proven experience in teaching German to groups, preferably up to B1 level.

3. Strong command of spoken and written German and English.

4. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

5. Passion for teaching and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds.

6. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms (for virtual training, if applicable).
