Job Description

Role: Genesys Cloud Developer

Experience: 1+ Years

Location: Remote

Notice Period: Immediate or within 30 Days

JD:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience with Genesys PureCloud/Genesys Cloud CX.
  • Design and develop applications on the Genesys Cloud platform.
  • Should have experience in genesys cloud architect
  • Integrate Genesys Cloud with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure the high performance and reliability of cloud-based contact center solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for new and existing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Genesys Cloud applications.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in cloud computing and contact center technologies
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web services integrations.
  • Genesys Cloud certifications are typically required or highly preferred.
