We are looking for an experienced Genesys Cloud Developer with 5+ years of experience to support ongoing enhancements, integrations, break-fix activities, and operational support within our Genesys Cloud environment.

Role: Genesys Cloud Developer

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Hybrid, Bangalore - Whitefield

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain Genesys Cloud Architect flows (call flows, menu flows, in-queue flows, routing logic, etc.)

• Develop and support bot flows for automation and customer self-service

• Analyze business requirements and implement Genesys Cloud solutions

• Configure and troubleshoot Genesys Cloud Data Actions

• Support REST API integrations with internal and external systems

• Support integrations with Salesforce and SAP C4S

• Troubleshoot platform, routing, integration, and user-reported issues

• Manage user stories, defects, enhancements, and support tickets using JIRA

• Provide status updates, documentation, and operational support

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX development and support

Expertise in Genesys Cloud Architect flow configuration

Experience with bot flow design and development

Knowledge of REST APIs and Data Actions

Experience supporting Salesforce and SAP C4S integrations

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Experience with JIRA, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and enterprise contact center environments

Preferred:

• Experience with IVR, routing strategies, queues, and customer service workflows

• Experience working with vendor support teams

• Knowledge of release management and change control processes
