Skills and Qualifications

• 3-12 years of experience in Genesys Cloud or related technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and telecommunication systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python.
• Experience with APIs and integration of third-party applications.
• Knowledge of contact center operations and customer experience management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
