About The Job:
- We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and modern LLM-based systems.
- You will architect, build, and optimize AI solutions that integrate retrieval pipelines, vector search, and generative models to deliver high-accuracy, scalable, and enterprise-ready AI applications.
- This role is ideal for an engineer who has deployed production-grade GenAI systems, understands prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and MLOps, and can lead AI initiatives end-to-end
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with deep hands-on work in NLP and LLM systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Expertise with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, Milvus).
- Strong understanding of RAG architecture, embeddings, similarity search, and knowledge-grounded generation.
- Experience building production-grade GenAI systems using OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Azure OpenAI, etc.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom orchestration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
- Strong system design and API development skills.
