Job Title: Gen AI / ML Engineer
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office
Shift Timing: 1:30 PM 10:30 PM

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Gen AI / ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, machine learning, and Generative AI frameworks, along with hands-on experience building production-grade AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Generative AI applications, including RAG pipelines and LLM-based solutions
- Build and optimize ML models and data pipelines using Python
- Develop and integrate AI services using frameworks such as LangChain
- Deploy and maintain scalable ML/AI systems in production environments
- Debug, optimize, and maintain existing codebases and AI workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional and client-facing teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures
- Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in client-facing environments
Good to Have:
- Experience with SQL and data engineering concepts
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
