About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Architect to join our innovative AI and Data Science team at Tata Consultancy Services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of generative AI systems, including embeddings, vector space models, and multimodal AI. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI architectures that leverage the latest transformer-based models, foundation models like GPT-4, and multimodal learning techniques. You will lead initiatives to build scalable, efficient AI solutions on cloud platforms, primarily Azure, integrating OpenAI technologies to create personalized, intelligent applications. Your expertise will help shape the future of AI-driven products and services, ensuring they are ethically aligned, compliant with data privacy standards, and optimized for performance and accuracy.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in AI and machine learning is required, with proven expertise in designing and deploying generative AI systems. Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face is essential. Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and familiarity with OpenAI APIs for fine-tuning and deployment are mandatory. Knowledge of AI ethics, compliance standards, and bias mitigation techniques is also crucial. Demonstrated leadership in managing complex AI projects, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of innovative generative AI systems utilizing Azure cloud services and OpenAI technologies to solve complex business problems.
- Architect scalable, efficient AI solutions incorporating the latest transformer-based models and foundation models such as GPT-4, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Adapt and optimize multimodal large language models (LLMs) and embeddings for specific enterprise applications, enhancing their ability to understand and process complex data structures.
- Oversee the deployment of AI models on cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with APIs, robust security, and adherence to best practices.
- Utilize modern AI/ML libraries including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face to develop, train, and fine-tune models tailored to client needs.
- Drive initiatives to leverage embeddings and generative AI for personalized solutions, advanced search algorithms, recommendation engines, and data understanding enhancements.
- Ensure ethical AI practices by advocating for responsible AI development, addressing bias, maintaining data privacy, and aligning with compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
