Job Description

A General Manager in sales is responsible for leading and overseeing the entire sales department, focusing on driving revenue, managing sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They also manage the sales budget, conduct market analysis, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Developing and implementing the company's sales strategy, including setting targets, defining territories, and creating plans to achieve revenue goals.

Sales Team Leadership:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Sales Process Management:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring efficient processes, and optimizing workflows.

  • 50% Sales Operations and Client Visits (Field)
  • 50% Lead Generation and Revenue Generation
  • Team Management and Training
  • Create market Strategies

Timings: 10:30 - 7:30pm

Working Days: Monday - Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
