Job Description

  • Drive top-line growth through strategic sales in warehouse and contract logistics services.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities across key industry verticals.
  • Oversee end-to-end commercial cyclefrom lead generation and RFP response to solution design and negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships focused on long-term partnership and value delivery.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and solutions teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing service excellence.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to shape go-to-market strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 10+ years of experience in warehouse sales or contract logistics, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of 3PL services, warehousing, fulfillment, and value-added logistics.
  • Proven success in selling tailored supply chain solutions to mid-to-large enterprises.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (MBA is a plus).
