About the Role: As BU Head , you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, brand development, and market leadership for our Gastro, ENT & Multispecialty division. This is a senior leadership role that demands a strong commercial acumen, deep therapy knowledge, and the ability to lead large, high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Drive national sales and marketing operations across the division
  • Identify new product opportunities and lead successful launches
  • Build strong KOL engagement and market presence
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a large sales & marketing team pan-India
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales & marketing
  • Proven success in leadership roles within Gastro / ENT / Multispecialty segments
  • Strong exposure to strategy, analytics, and P&L ownership
  • Excellent leadership, team-building & communication skills
  • Full-time graduate in science/pharmacy; MBA preferred
