- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Capex projects (e.g., facility upgrades, equipment installations, IT infrastructure, utilities).
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring accurate and timely updates in the Project Management System.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including manufacturing, quality, engineering, procurement, and finance.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal departments, external stakeholders and strategic partners, ensuring alignment on project objectives and status.
- Monitor project progress and report status to senior leadership.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop structured risk mitigation and contingency plans to address potential delays or technical hurdles.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization across project management practices.
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
- 8 to 12 years of progressive experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record in managing Capex projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, SAP).
- Proficient in project planning, execution, risk management and cross-functional team coordination.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint for project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
- Strong leadership qualities, stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
- Solution-focused, structured and highly proactive in handling project complexities and challenges.
- Demonstrates a collaborative and team-centric approach to managing cross-functional deliverables.
