Key Responsibilities
General Manager (CEO equivalent role)
Business & P&L Ownership
- Own and drive $100M+Portfolio & end-to-end P&L, revenue growth, and profitability
- Define and execute business strategy to unlock 10% growth
- Drive forecasting, planning, and performance management
Product & Growth Strategy
- Shape the product vision and roadmap in alignment with market needs
- Leverage AI capabilities and GCP architecture to enhance product differentiation
- Identify new market segments, partnerships, and monetization levers
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and scale a 40-50 members India-based team across:
- Product
- Engineering
- Design
- Customer Support
- Professional Services
- Build a high-performance, ownership-driven culture
Cross-Functional Influence
- Partner closely with global sales teams (without direct reporting ownership)
- Align incentives, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including SLT and Board-level leadership
Customer & Market Engagement
- Drive customer-centric innovation and retention strategies
- Strengthen company's positioning in global DAM markets
- Travel for key client engagements and strategic discussions
Key Challenges to Solve
- Reviving growth in a plateaued business environment
- Improving retention vs revenue balance
- Driving sales alignment and motivation without direct control
- Establishing clear market differentiation in DAM space
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 18–23 years of experience in product-led / SaaS / technology businesses
- Proven track record of owning and scaling P&L-driven businesses
- Experience in turnaround / growth-from-plateau scenarios
- Background in Product, Marketing, or Finance leadership roles
- Strong founder mindset with enterprise execution capability
- Ability to operate independently and influence global cross-functional teams
- Experience working with or reporting to board / senior leadership stakeholders
