Job Description

  • Sales Leadership: Spearhead channel sales and commercial sales activities across the Delhi NCR region, with a special focus on Noida and Greater Noida.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring effective execution of business strategies to achieve targeted goals.
  • Channel Support: Provide comprehensive channel support, including product training, to ensure the sales team is well-equipped to meet objectives.
  • Sales & Marketing Tools: Utilize advanced sales and marketing tools to drive business growth and enhance the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
  • Market Knowledge: Leverage in-depth knowledge of the Noida and Greater Noida real estate markets to identify opportunities and drive sales performance.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and channel partners.
  • Commercial Sales: Good exposure to commercial sales and business development. Knowledge of sales operations, pricing, and commercial terms.
