The General Manager Head of Finishes will lead and deliver all interior & External finishes and fit-out works for large-scale hospital projects. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in site execution, vendor management, quality control, budgeting, and timelines, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to final handover. Experience in healthcare, luxury hotels, or premium residential projects is strongly preferred. Ensuring projects are delivered on time as per approved design, quality, and brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of interior finishes & fit outs across hospital projects.
- Oversee all finishing stages including flooring, ceilings, wall finishes, lighting, joinery, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
- Manage site execution, daily progress, sequencing, and coordination with civil, MEP, and clinical planning teams.
- Lead and coordinate contractors, vendors, and suppliers (tiles, furniture, lighting, modular units, MEP interfaces).
- Ensure quality control, adherence to design intent, hospital standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive timely project delivery in line with approved schedules and milestones
- Handle procurement, cost control, and budget monitoring for all finishing materials and scopes.
- Resolve site challenges proactively while maintaining speed, safety, and quality.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, architects, and project leadership until final handover.
- Provide regular updates on the progress of finishing works and address any concerns or queries promptly.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and material standards.
- Implement quality control checklists and snag management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory norms, fire, safety, and accessibility requirements.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.
- Ensure snag-free handover of interiors.
- Coordinate as-built drawings, warranties, and O&M manuals.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering / architecture / construction management or equivalent
- 15+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects
- Prior exposure to hospitals, luxury hotels, or premium residential developments preferred
- Strong hands-on experience in interior finishes, FF&E coordination, and site execution
- Working knowledge of CAD / BIM / Revit is an advantage
