Roles & Responsibilities: -
The person would be responsible for: -
Ownership of business marketing or revenue marketing for the company
Being pivot between marketing, sales, product, tech and CEO to drive the
functional agenda
Must be a customer acquisition, conversion, and retention expert. Oversee
planning and execution of customer acquisition, retention and conversion
efforts, across all channels (social, email, automation, etc.).
Identify, develop, and implement cohesive messaging and branding for all LOB's
and drive B2B marketing strategies.
Develop the processes, strategies, and quality standards needed to execute and
scale the production of world- class case studies, white papers, client stories,
videos, and more.
Work with internal teams, agencies, product and Tech team to deliver perfect
marketing campaigns, landing pages, and other tangible deliverables.
Define world- class quality standards for all marketing materials and ensure that
all deliverables meet these standards.
Lead company participation in national and international events and
conferences
Be in constant communication with team members to ensure relentless focus
and execution.
Lead and strategize marketing for channels and tech alliance partners
Cross sell and upsell existing customers vide marketing approach
Manage the Digital Marketing program to contribute pipeline growth for
various LOB's
Bring innovativeness in strategies and tactics
Lead activities to drive revenue for sales team and targets for Demand
generation team
Be a pillar step in establishing the foundation for a high- performing marketing
team to scale and enable organizations rapid growth.
Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written
and verbal) to peers and stakeholders on strategy.
Build customer case studies and success stories to drive demand and enable
Sales.
The person would own the performance marketing ROI.

Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of Cloud or SaaS B2B marketing experience to including
acquisition, conversion, retention, with traction of various industry and customer
segments.
Minimum 10 years of experience owning pipeline growth for a B2B SaaS company.
Minimum of 7 years in marketing leadership roles and proven track record in
recruiting, building, and leading world class marketing teams to include direct
experience developing and executing marketing strategy.
A kickass storyteller and communicator with extremely strong negotiation and
persuasion skills.
A knack for creating experiences that shape perceptions.
Adopt a get shit done mindset and demonstrate leadership, initiative, and
motivation.
Deep knowledge experience in the Software Industry, Cloud/ SaaS industry
experience is a Plus
Experience creating enterprise case studies, white papers, and client stories is
preferred.
Experience delivering marketing materials for B2B professional services is
preferred.
Must be a self- starter with initiative and drive, capable of executing rapidly with
limited strategic direction.
Must have an exceptional eye for quality in marketing collateral and an
unwillingness to compromise on the quality of both messaging and design.
Experience with the nuances of different forms of marketing collateral and how to
adapt messaging and design to each form.
Must be extremely driven by the prospect of building a high- performing marketing
function that scales with the company over time.
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines while never sacrificing
quality.
Ability to build and scale in a fast- growing company with a focus on execution.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work
well with individuals across a variety of functions.
