Marketing Position Overview The Deputy General Manager -

Marketing will be responsible for spearheading marketing initiatives, driving product launches, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns to achieve organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on execution across digital and traditional marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in scaling businesses, optimizing marketing strategies, and managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

Plan and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.

Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, engagement rates) and optimize for maximum impact. Product Launches & Brand Building

Lead the launch of new online courses/programs by conducting market research and creating go-to-market strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective positioning of products in the market.

Enhance brand authority through targeted content marketing, SEO strategies, and influencer collaborations.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

Oversee the creation of engaging content for blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

Manage website SEO to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.

Build and execute social media plans while monitoring platforms for trends, news, and feedback. Customer Acquisition & Retention

Optimize customer acquisition strategies to improve lead quality while maintaining cost efficiency.

Streamline the customer journey to enhance lead conversion rates.

Drive customer retention through targeted email marketing campaigns and personalized communication.

Data Management & CRM

Manage and update the company's database and CRM systems to streamline marketing efforts.

Leverage data insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead a team of marketing specialists by providing strategic direction, mentorship, and performance management.

Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Budget Management

Manage the quarterly marketing budget efficiently while ensuring ROI-driven decision-making.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization through vendor negotiations and technology adoption.

Key Skills Required

Expertise in digital marketing strategies (SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns).

Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking.

Proficiency in CRM tools and database management.

Leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management. Qualifications

812 years of experience E-Learning in strategic marketing roles with a proven track record of success in scaling businesses.
