About the Role
The General Manager will oversee daily operations, develop and implement strategies for growth, and lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- Experience of 15+ years in construction, paints, building material or related industries
- Leadership and management experience, with skills in team coordination, strategic planning, and decision-making
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
Required Skills
- Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Strong relationship management skills to collaborate with clients, architects, builders, and external stakeholders
- Experience in project management, ensuring quality execution and timely delivery
- Familiarity with the construction, design, or related industries is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using project and resource management software tools
- Track record of driving operational efficiency and achieving business goals
