Key Requirements:
- 1415 years of progressive HR experience with strong Business Partnering leadership
- Proven experience handling large workforce size (1500+ manpower)
- MBA HR from Premier BSchool only (mandatory)

Scope of Work:
The position is responsible for providing quality strategic and tactical support by ensuring flawless execution of people strategies and practices which support the business objectives and continually improves the value of HR's contribution to the business. Implement business aligned HR strategies for assigned geography, leading aspects like Talent Management, Talent Engagement, Performance Management, Change Management etc
Roles & Responsibility :
Manpower Planning, Productivity & Onboarding
- Participate in manpower planning & budgeting exercise for the business with focus on productivity and optimum utilization of manpower
- Identify issues and process & capability gaps to improve alignment, manpower productivity and minimize redundancies
- On-board Key employees and handhold them for 1st 6 months.
- Directly responsible for hiring of senior level positions to fill strategic positions and bring key talents as per the talent Management actions
Employee Engagement, Recognition & Attrition Management
- Overall responsible to manage the attrition for the region.
- Proactive approach to take actions to improve the engagement level / score of employees in the region
- Devise various engagement activates and touch points to prompt attrition and work toward retention of key talent.
- Drive reward & recognition in the region to increase the engagement levels and achieve desired behaviors.
- Work with stakeholders to disseminate the employee communication in spread out environment.
Performance Management
- Drive the Performance Management process for all the functions as per the PMS guidelines
- Work with managers and associates to identify and address performance related issues.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on corrective action items including performance improvement plans and discipline issues.
- Devise and implement Performance Improvement Plans for identified employees
Talent Management and Learning & Development
- Work with the OD team & functions heads to drive the Talent Management Activities
- Drive culture change through OD interventions
- Work on short-term and long-term career movement in line with business needs
- Basis Talent Management actions work with L&D team to complete learning paths for long term impact & measure desired effectiveness.
Employee Relations
- Facilitate employee grievance handling and build solutions to address them for long-term
- Work closely with business team to build respectable culture and drive the values of the organization
