Qualification Required: MBA form B- School only. Tier-1, Tier-2
Experience - 16-20+years experience,
Location- Mumbai, (5 days working culture), No travel required.
Who can handle large workforce (4000-5000+) in multiple state, multiple projects from project-based organizations. Who can handle End to End HR.
1. HR Policy & Governance- Maintain and continuously improve a framework of HR policies and procedures aligned with the organization's values and legal requirements.
2. Workforce Planning & Talent AcquisitionAdvise senior management on strategic workforce planning and optimal employment models.
3. Learning & Development - Lead the design and implementation of training and development programs.
4. Performance Management & Rewards -Build and manage a robust Performance Management System (PMS) that drives accountability and performance.
5. HR Operations & Data Management - Collaborate on the design and implementation of IT systems to support HR operations and performance tracking.
