Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the overall operations, financial performance, and team management at Dave & Buster's India, ensuring a seamless and engaging guest experience aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily F&B, arcade, and guest operations ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Maintain brand standards for service, hygiene, safety, and facility upkeep.
2. Financial Performance
- Drive revenue growth, monitor budgets, and control operating costs.
- Analyze financial reports to ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets.
3. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, train, and motivate departmental heads and frontline teams.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and engagement.
4. Guest Experience
- Ensure consistent delivery of superior guest service across all areas.
- Address escalated guest concerns promptly and implement feedback-based improvements.
5. Marketing & Business Development
- Support promotional events, partnerships, and campaigns to boost footfall.
- Identify new business opportunities and local tie-ups for revenue enhancement.
6. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, brand SOPs, and safety protocols.
- Maintain valid licenses and readiness for internal and external audits.
7. Reporting & Coordination
- Submit periodic operational and financial performance reports to management.
- Coordinate with corporate and brand teams for alignment on goals and standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1015 years experience in hospitality, F&B, or entertainment industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
