Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced General Manager Hotel Operations to manage end-to-end operations of a premium hotel property. The role requires strong leadership, operational control, guest experience management, and financial ownership.
Candidates must have prior experience with reputed hotel brands such as Treebo, Lemon Tree, Taj, Oberoi, or similar hospitality chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance)
- Ensure high guest satisfaction, service quality, and brand standards
- Lead and manage department heads and hotel staff
- Handle guest escalations and operational issues
- Own hotel P&L, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Ensure statutory, safety, hygiene, and compliance adherence
- Coordinate with ownership and corporate teams for reporting
Required Experience & Skills
- 710 years of experience in hotel operations
- Prior role as Hotel Manager / AGM / GM preferred
- Experience in 45 star hotels or premium hospitality brands
- Strong understanding of hotel KPIs, costs, and profitability
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Background
- Experience with Treebo / Lemon Tree / Taj / Oberoi / similar brands
- Hands-on operational leadership style
- Ability to manage teams and drive performance
