Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Automation Engineer for a full-time hybrid role, based in Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, with some flexibility for remote work. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems to optimize operational efficiency. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, enhancing process controls, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions, and integrating robotics and electrical systems for improved workflow. This role is integral to driving innovation and supporting digital transformation efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Automation and Github technologies, with the ability to design and implement automated processes.
• Strong knowledge in Process Control and Troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations and resolve technical challenges effectively.
• Educational background and expertise in Electrical Engineering, with an understanding of electrical components and their integration into automated systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize processes and enhance system performance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Relevant certifications in automation, robotics, or related fields would be considered an asset.

Must to have skills :

Selenium Java Hands on experience for minimum of 5+ years

Stakeholder management skills for a minimum of 2 years

automation framework development experience is MUST

Good to have - drawing a transformation roadmap on automation

should have good communication skills
