Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable, resilient, enterprise-grade products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality software solutions.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers on best practices, design patterns, and development methodologies.
Establish coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure alignment with technical and business goals.
Troubleshoot complex coding problems, perform root cause analysis, and improve operational and product performance using metrics/KPIs.
Implement and maintain security measures and monitor data privacy in software solutions.
Contribute to innovation and the technical vision of web and mobile applications.
Work with multi-geography teams to share expertise and contribute to global engineering practices.
