Gen AI Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Gen AI applications

• Work extensively with LLMs like OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Ollama, Grok, Perplexity & ElevenLabs

• Fine-tune and optimize AI models for performance and real-time processing

• Build APIs & microservices to integrate AI with front-end systems

• Develop and manage data pipelines for AI workflows

• Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• Monitor model performance and handle challenges like bias, drift & explainability

What We're Looking For:

• Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools & frameworks

• Experience in ML Ops & model deployment

• Knowledge of TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn / Keras

• Expertise in cloud platforms and databases (NoSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD pipelines

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in eCommerce / Digital Commerce / Digital Banking domains
