2. Product Knowledge
Continuously learn about new products and technologies to provide accurate, up-to-date advice.
Learn features, benefits, and usage; stay updated on new arrivals. Expert product advice is the USP of Gambol's experience and to fullfill the same person should always keep updaed with acurate knowledge of his domain.
3. Merchandising, Stock & Store Operations
Keep the floor display clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Ensure shelves are stocked and assist with store operations like stock checks and tagging and maintain clean environment.
4. Sales Targets & Teamwork
Work to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
Support teammates and ensure smooth customer service as a team player.
Skills & Qualities Required
Strong interest and basic knowledge of multiple sports & fitness categories.
Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience :- Minimum 12th Pass
Preferred: Graduate or Diploma in Sports Management, Fitness, or related streams. 1–4 years of retail sales experience preferred (sports, lifestyle, footwear, or fitness category is a big advantage).
Freshers with strong sports background and excellent communication skills can also apply.
