Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations across multiple modules.
  • Operate independently to deliver high-quality consulting and functional solutions aligned with Oracle methodologies and best practices.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, design workshops, and system configuration for HCM modules.
  • Prepare key functional deliverables, including requirement documents, solution designs, gap analysis, test scripts, and configuration documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, conversions, extensions, and report developments.
  • Analyze, identify, and resolve complex functional and technical issues.
  • Configure Oracle HCM applications and support ongoing enhancements.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members in solution design and implementation activities.
  • Participate in business development activities and client solution presentations.
  • Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and assist in architecture and solution workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle standards and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 8 years of overall experience, including at least 34 full life-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, OTL, Learning, and Absence modules.
  • Proficiency in Fast Formula and Retro functionalities.
  • Experience preparing functional documentation such as requirement gathering, solution design, and test scripts.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HRMS R12 and understanding of R12.2 upgrades.
  • Basic technical exposure to HCM data models and PL/SQL.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).

Good-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of finance modules and related functional flows.
  • Experience with US payroll or international implementations.
  • Exposure to architecture and integration design workshops.
  • Experience working directly with clients in solution design and configuration roles.
