Fundraising Lead

Stockwell Solar Services Pvt Ltd is a clean energy platform with 400 MW of solar capacity executed and an active pipeline of 2,000 MWh BESS and 200 MW solar. As we scale, we're strengthening our finance leadership to anchor large-ticket capital raises across equity, project finance, and structured debt.

Role Description:

- Lead fundraising for our BESS and solar pipeline

- Engage institutional investors, infra funds, banks, NBFCs, and multilateral lenders

- Own the financial narrative — modelling, IMs, data rooms, and diligence

- Partner with leadership on capital strategy and allocation

What we're looking for:

- Background in investment banking, infra / energy finance, PE, or corp dev

- Proven track record of closing capital transactions, ideally in renewables or infrastructure

- Strong existing relationships across the institutional investor and lender ecosystem

- CA / MBA from a leading institution preferred
