Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our team as a Manager – Startup Funding. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end process of raising funds for startups, including investor outreach, financial preparation, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end fundraising lifecycle for startups, from preparation to closure
- Identify and connect with investors, venture capitalists, angel networks, and financial institutions
- Prepare and review pitch decks, financial models, business plans, and valuation reports
- Conduct market research and investor mapping to identify funding opportunities
- Coordinate and lead due diligence processes with investors
- Assist in deal structuring, negotiations, and documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders
- Track fundraising progress and provide regular updates to leadership
- Stay updated with startup ecosystem trends, funding patterns, and regulatory requirements
Key Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in startup funding, investment banking, venture capital, or financial advisory
- Strong understanding of fundraising strategies and capital markets
- Experience in handling end-to-end fundraising processes independently
- Excellent skills in financial analysis and modeling
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance / CA / CFA (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior exposure to startup ecosystem or fundraising platforms
