Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining and fostering client relationships, and promoting travel packages and services. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, closing sales, meeting sales targets, preparing client proposals, and staying updated on industry trends. The role requires effective communication and the ability to deliver excellent customer service in a dynamic team environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Client Acquisition, and building professional relationships
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Customer Service and Problem-Solving Experience
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and Travel Booking Platforms
- Good knowledge of travel destinations, tourism services, and the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
