This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Fundraiser. The Fundraiser will develop and execute strategies to secure funding for the organization's initiatives. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with donors, preparing compelling proposals, conducting fundraising events, managing donor databases, and promoting organizational goals through outreach and communication. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve fundraising targets and support developmental projects.

• Excellent skills in Communication, Presentation, and Public Speaking to engage and build relationships with donors and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Proposal Writing, Fundraising Campaign Management, and Donor Management to secure financial support effectively.
• Knowledge of Data Analysis, Budget Planning, and Tracking to oversee financial goals and reporting accurately.
• Strategic thinking and Relationship-Building abilities to develop impactful fundraising strategies and collaborate with partners.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills to handle various projects and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in fundraising, nonprofit, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
