This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fundraiser based in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing fundraising campaigns, building lasting partnerships with sponsors and donors, developing and executing creative strategies, and ensuring the financial goals of events are met. This role requires managing communication with stakeholders, identifying funding opportunities, and preparing detailed fundraising reports while aligning with the overall mission and growth strategy of BeastDrive.

• Proven experience in fundraising strategy development and executing sponsorship campaigns
• Strong relationship-building skills for creating and maintaining partnerships with sponsors and donors
• Proficiency in proposal writing, grant applications, and donor communication
• Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills for developing impactful campaigns
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills to meet financial targets and deadlines
• Experience in event sponsorship or non-profit fundraising is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
