Role Summary
The Associate/Analyst will support the Reporting Team in creating, reviewing, and maintaining client and fund reporting outputs. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to build strong skills in financial reporting, operational controls, and compliance within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation, review, and validation of client and fund reporting outputs.
- Learn and follow reporting procedures, controls, and compliance guidelines.
- Assist with data validation, reconciliations, and reporting template updates.
- Respond to basic queries and escalate complex issues as required.
- Maintain and update process documentation.
- Develop foundational knowledge of reporting processes, fund structures, and operational requirements.
Must-Have Skills
- Basic understanding or exposure to financial services, fund reporting, or related environments.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established processes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to development.
- Core Skills: Fund Reporting, Data Reporting, Fund Administration.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Internship or experience in financial operations, client reporting, or data analysis.
- Knowledge of fund structures, investment products, and reporting cycles.
- Experience with reporting tools or data management platforms.
- Familiarity with process improvement or documentation enhancement.
- Analytical mindset with interest in control frameworks and compliance.
