Functional Testing
Experience required: (3-6) years
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in electrical / Electronics / Aerospace Engineering
Job Location: Bangalore (Electronic City)
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in interpreting system requirements, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong understanding of aerospace/defence systems (mechanical, electrical, and software integration).
- Hands-on experience with instrumentation, calibration, and test automation tools
- Experience in functional tests on aerospace/defence systems (e.g., avionics, hydraulics, propulsion, mechanical assemblies, weapon systems)
- Data analysis skills using tools such as MATLAB / LabVIEW
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex integrated systems
- Knowledge & experience in the following standards:
- AS9100 Quality Management awareness, ISO 17025, and relevant MIL-STD / DO-160 / RTCA standards.
- DO-178C (software) / DO-254 (hardware) testing knowledge for avionics.
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 or equivalent harness assembly inspection training.
- Experience with environmental testing (vibration, thermal, EMI/EMC)
