Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for Workday HCM applications.
Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution using defect tracking tools.
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand system requirements.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users and stakeholders.
Provide training and support on testing processes, tools, and documentation standards.
Ensure all testing aligns with business requirements and system performance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SIT, Regression, and UAT phases.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.
