Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Lead at our Bengaluru office. The Full Stack Lead will be responsible for end-to-end development of scalable and efficient full-stack solutions. Day-to-day tasks include designing, developing, and reviewing both front-end and back-end applications, driving client-facing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading development efforts, and mentoring junior developers. The role also involves ensuring software performance, security, and adherence to coding best practices across the stack.

Qualifications

Strong experience in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular

Proficiency in back-end technologies, including Node.js, Python, or Java, as well as database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and understanding of CI/CD pipelines

Experience with version control tools like Git and containerization technologies such as Docker

Familiarity with developing and optimizing microservices and RESTful APIs

Strong problem-solving skills, team collaboration abilities, and a proactive approach to leadership

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience with AI, Machine Learning, or Edge Computing solutions is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
