Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Full Stack Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software architecture, front-end and back-end technologies, and the ability to design and implement scalable solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects from conception to deployment..
Key Responsibilities:
- Frontend Development:
- Build and maintain dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using React.
- Ensure the integration of AI functionalities into frontend applications, providing smooth interactions with users.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX requirements into effective code.
- Backend Development:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python and frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
- Work with AI models (including LLMs) and integrate them into backend systems to provide intelligent capabilities.
- Implement APIs that interact with machine learning models, ensuring low-latency and high-throughput processing.
- Build data pipelines to support the training and deployment of machine learning models.
- AI/ML Integration:
- Work with pre-trained LLMs such as GPT, BERT, or custom models, and fine-tune them for specific use cases.
- Develop efficient methods for deploying and serving AI models in production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists to implement advanced NLP functionalities like text generation, summarization, and sentiment analysis.
- Address challenges related to large-scale AI model deployment, including performance, latency, and optimization.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work in an agile development environment and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions.
- Document the development process, including code, architecture, and AI model workflows.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in Python and React.
- Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, BERT, or other NLP-focused models.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks like React.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying AI/ML models.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems.
- Knowledge of AI/ML model deployment techniques, including containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face for working with LLMs.
- Familiarity with containerization and CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL solutions (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding of security practices in AI applications (e.g., data privacy, model explainability).
- Experience in building or deploying AI-driven products in a production environment.
