Full Stack Engineer

We're Hiring | Backend-Focused Full-Stack Engineer (FastAPI)

We're building an AI-powered document intelligence platform that's transforming how real estate and property documents are processed at scale.

This is a product engineering role, not a support or services position. You'll be working on a real SaaS platform used by large global customers, solving complex backend and AI integration problems.

What you'll work on:

• Designing and building FastAPI-based backend services
• Creating secure, scalable REST APIs and async workflows
• Working with PostgreSQL, Redis, background jobs, and queues
• Integrating backend systems with AI/LLM-powered document intelligence
• Collaborating closely with product, AI/ML, and DevOps teams
• (Optional) Building React-based UI workflows and dashboards

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience in Python backend development
• Hands-on with FastAPI, async systems, and microservices
• Solid understanding of databases, caching, and background processing
• Product mindset and ownership attitude
• Experience with AI/ML products is a strong plus
• 4-8 Years of Experience
