Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Developer based in West Delhi. Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and optimizing both front-end and back-end features of various web-based applications. You will create scalable and functional software solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements, and ensure optimal user experience through efficient coding and testing practices. You will also monitor and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MERN Stack & Next.Js
• Build responsive and user-friendly UI with HTML, CSS, Tailwind/Bootstrap, React
• Work on high-performance web apps using Next.js
• Manage and optimise databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• Develop REST APIs, handle authentication (JWT), and implement backend logic
• Collaborate closely with operations and tech teams to develop internal solutions
• Debug issues, improve existing systems, and ensure performance optimization
• Handle Git-based version control and participate in code reviews

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience (23 years) in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
• Proficiency in Next.js and server-side rendering
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, Tailwind/Bootstrap, Java script
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL
• Strong grasp of API integration, authentication, and backend logic
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub
• Experience with Project Management Tool like Jira, Asana, Notion or Trello etc.

Good to have

• Experience with automation workflows or dashboard systems
• Knowledge of AWS/Vercel or other cloud deployment platforms
• Understanding of microservices architecture (optional)
