We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer (Major - Backend) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, experience in creating intuitive interfaces, and the ability to turn complex ideas into engaging user experiences.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Node.js, Go, Java, and TypeScript.
- Experience with GraphQL, REST, WebSockets, and real-time data flow.
- Built complex services using Firebase, Socket.io, Redis, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Solid DSA + system design skills you architect for scale, reliability, and performance.
- Strong with cloud infra: AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring, and DevSecOps.
- Delivered 5+ production-grade systems from the ground up.
- Bonus: Familiarity with WebRTC, multi-language APIs, or zone-based pricing systems.
Technical Requirement
- High-scale microservices are deployed across India.
- Real-time systems using Socket.io, Firebase, and event-driven architectures.
- API design using REST, GraphQL, and gRPC written in Node.js, Go, Java, and TypeScript.
- Secure payment workflows: PayU, Razorpay, settlements, retries, refunds, and webhooks.
- Infrastructure design: AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, scaling from zero to millions.
- Tech leadership: Mentor engineers, drive design reviews, and shape our backend roadmap.
