Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on ReactJS.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3.
- Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., for coding, tesƟng, documentaƟon, or producƟvity) to drive efficiency and speed in soôware delivery.
- Solid background in unit tesƟng & E2E tesƟng frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
- Familiarity with REST APIs and effecƟve web service integraƟon.
- Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub AcƟons, or similar).
- Experience leading a team of developers, mentoring a small team of developers & reviewing code quality
- Experience with package upgrade and micro frontend architecture.
- Proficient with Git, Agile-Scrum, and issue tracking tools (JIRA).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
